OPEN KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING, BARTON ON SEA, NEW MILTON

We recently completed this kitchen/dining open plan living space in Barton-On-Sea.

Our Works Involved;

• Removing the existing wall between the dining room and lounge.
• Installing a steel beam on pad stones, in line with structural engineer’s calculations.
• Boarding and boxing in the steel and applying a skim coat.
• Blocking up the existing kitchen door opening.
• Removing the existing archway wall to the kitchen.
• Relaying floorboards.
• Fitting skirtings and architraves.
• Patching and plastering to walls.
• Supply and installation of electrical supply, sockets, switches and lighting by LSB electrical, plumbing & heating.

Our lovely clients are over the moon with their new and improved living space, and rightly so, it’s such a welcoming area, perfect for entertaining!
